How long does a detail take?
Most details take between 2-6 hours depending on your vehicle's size and condition. We'll give you a more accurate time estimate when you book.
Do I need to provide water or electricity?
No — we bring our own water and power supply, so there's nothing you need to set up. Just show up with the keys.
Do you come to condos or apartments?
Yes, as long as we have reasonable access to your vehicle and a parking spot to work in. Let us know your building details when booking and we'll confirm.
What if it's raining or bad weather on my booking day?
We monitor the forecast and will reach out to reschedule if weather could affect the quality of your detail — no charge for rescheduling.
Do you guarantee your work?
Absolutely. If there's a spot you're not happy with, we'll come back and make it right — no questions asked.
What's your cancellation/rescheduling policy?
We understand life is unpredictable. If you need to cancel or reschedule, just give us as much notice as you can — it helps us fill your spot and keep things running smoothly for everyone.
